Course Description: Adult and Pediatric First Aid/CPR/AED with Asthma & Epi Admin-BL-r.25 Class Policies Cancellation, Refund, and Attendance Policy- Updated on 4/10/26 To ensure fairness, clarity, and consistency for all participants, the following policies apply to all scheduled classes: Cancellations & Refunds - Cancellations made 48 hours or more before the scheduled class are eligible for a full refund and may be rescheduled one time at no charge. - Cancellations made under 48 hours, no call-no shows are non‑refundable. There will be a $20 rescheduling fee invoiced to the student. - If a class needs to be cancelled by the Licensed Training Provider due to minimum enrollment requirements not being met or unforeseen circumstances, all students will receive full refund or opportunities to reschedule free of charge. Late Arrival Policy - Classes begin promptly, if you are late, you will be asked to reschedule and there will be a $20 rescheduling fee charged. - Payment will be non‑refundable, even if you choose not to reschedule. Class Times - Start and end times are approximate and they are based on class size and student training needs. They are also based on American Red Cross standards. 📸 Photo & Video Disclaimer Photo & Video Release Notice Butterfly Training Academy & Consulting LLC (BTAC) may capture photos and videos during classes, trainings, workshops, and community events for documentation, educational purposes, and promotional use. By attending any BTAC program, participants acknowledge and agree that their image, likeness, and voice may appear in photographs, videos, or other media captured during the event. BTAC may use this content for: - Social media posts and marketing campaigns - Website content and promotional materials - Training demonstrations and educational resources - Print materials, flyers, and digital advertising Participation in BTAC programs constitutes consent to such recording and usage without compensation, unless a written opt‑out request is submitted prior to the start of the class or event. If you prefer not to be photographed or recorded, please notify the instructor or staff member upon arrival so accommodations can be made. BTAC respects all privacy requests and will make reasonable efforts to honor opt‑out preferences.
